  • ReCon 2025 will take place on January 2-5, 2025 at the Capitol Hilton in Washington, DC

  • ReCon is for college students who are seeking to grow, develop and discover their relationship with God.

  • anyone currently in college (generally 18 - 25 year olds) where Campus Outreach is present. If CO is not on your campus but you have a friend who goes to one, you are welcome to join their campus.

  • your registration cost covers your stay. you will be assigned to a hotel room at the Capitol Hilton with students from your college campus.

  • the registration deadline is December 6, 2024

  • Registration Cost Schedule

    $225 by 6/15

    $300 after 6/15 and by 12/6

    $325 after 12/6 (late registration)

    check with your CO staff person for any special discounts.

  • registration includes hotel room, conference materials, and access to all main sessions, breakouts and more.

    food, parking, and transportation to and from the conference are not included.

travel

  • It's up to you! You may drive, take a train, a bus, or fly in.

    Most campuses plan ahead of time to set up carpools. Ask your campus staff about transportation options and let them know any transportation requests as well.

  • Reagan National Airport (DCA) is the airport closest to the hotel and convention center and is the recommended airport to fly into.

  • Check-in times will be specified for each campus/region from 3:30 - 7:00pm on January 2, 2025. You will be notified of this as the conference gets closer. If you are flying in, you are welcome to arrive anytime between the registration window 3:30 - 7:00pm.

    Conference ends at 12:30pm on January 5.

  • Weather-appropriate clothing for 4 days/3 nights, toiletries, snacks, Bible and a pen. Bring money with you for food, parking, transportation (gas), optional free day activities and merch at the conference. Pack athletic clothing and shoes for the sports tournament if you wish to participate.

  • Staff at your campus are in charge of assigning you to a room with students on your campus. Be sure to fill out the roommate preferences in the registration form.
