cancellation policy

In order to plan well and provide a worthwhile experience for all attendees the following cancellation policy will apply to all RECON 2025 registrations. All cancellation requests must be submitted via the RECON Registration Cancellation Request Form.

  • Any cancellation request made prior to October 15, 2024 will be subject to a $75 cancellation fee (any amount paid above $75 will be refunded).

  • Any cancellation request made between October 15, 2024 and December 1, 2024 will be subject to a $125 cancellation fee (any amount paid above $125 will be refunded).

  • Due to the timing of financial obligations at our conference venue, all registrations after December 1, 2024 are non-refundable except in very extenuating circumstances and upon the sole discretion of Campus Outreach staff.
